Miami: The Cypress Room

Cypress Room é o novo restaurante de Michael Schwartz, o criador do consagrado “Michael’s Genuine”, que fica a poucos quarteirões de distância, no Design District de Miami.

A antecipação foi grande, pois Michael vem desenvolvendo o conceito por vários anos, e apesar de manter o compromisso com ingredientes locais (“frescos, simples e puros”), desta vez optou por um cardápio e ambiente mais refinados.
